Terms of Service

The terms for using the Outbound Basis website.

Draft last updated September 15, 2026

Business details and operational policies are being finalized before launch.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms address the Outbound Basis website. Visiting the site does not purchase agency services, start a campaign, or create a client agreement. The legal business identity and final service terms will be confirmed before accepting an engagement.

2. Agency engagements

Any paid agency engagement requires a separate written agreement. That agreement should define the scope of work, responsibilities, campaign approvals, qualification criteria, fees, payment schedule, term, cancellation arrangements, confidentiality, and data handling. This website does not set those commercial terms.

3. Scheduling

Online scheduling is provided through Cal.com. Choose an available time and complete the booking form to request a meeting. Refer to your confirmation for the meeting details and any available cancellation or rescheduling links. Booking a call does not purchase agency services.

4. Appropriate use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, access systems without permission, distribute malicious code, or submit another person’s confidential information without authority. Avoid including credentials, sensitive data, or private prospect lists in initial inquiries.

5. Performance information

Descriptions of services explain our proposed approach. Illustrative outreach examples are not client results. This website does not guarantee a number of replies, meetings, sales, or a particular return. Campaign expectations must be discussed and agreed for each engagement.

6. Content and external services

Respect applicable rights in the website’s text, design, imagery, and other materials. External sites or services may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link or externally loaded asset does not establish a partnership or endorsement.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the current website’s information handling. The Cookie Policy describes storage and external assets. Any client campaign data processing must be addressed separately before work begins.

8. Availability and updates

Website content and features may change. We may correct errors or make updates, and we will publish revisions to these terms here. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Questions

For inquiries about the website or an agency engagement: Our privacy contact address will be published here before launch.
